Bio

I’m a San Francisco based therapist licensed in California. I grew up in Taiwan and moved to California in my early adulthood. Living in the between of two countries helped me expand my awareness and develop skills around the intersection of cross-cultural issues and relational traumas.

I work well with adults who grew up from emotionally unavailable caregivers, couples who struggles with communication/ connection/ intimacy and cross-cultural conflicts. I support clients in connecting with their feelings and authentic selves to build a more balanced and healthier relationship with others and oneself.
