Bio

My name is Wilson Ho, AMFT #128396. I was born and raised in the Northeast Los Angeles Region here in California. I have familiarized myself with the 626 region, aka the San Gabriel Valley, a pocket neighborhood for the infamous ABGs and Kevin Nguyens. Fun fact: if you look closely, my picture is done in front of a 168 supermarket. I welcome all my Asian brothers and sisters to come join me in therapy as we have witnessed the struggle and the identification connected between us to the COVID-19 pandemic.

I am a social justice advocate who aligns with those who are oppressed. I utilize Contextual Theory, created by the master, Dr. Ivan Boszormenyi-Nagy, in my practice.

I graduated from Alliant International University, Los Angeles in 2021 with an M.A. in MFT and graduated from California State University, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Psychology. I am a cis-gender, heterosexual, able-bodied, Asian male. My pronouns are he/him/his.

My specialty falls into an intergenerational approach of talk therapy utilizing Contextual Theory. I help one find their resolve through understanding their individual self, their role in a family system, work system, etc. Therapy, to me, cannot be successful unless both therapist and client work thoroughly together to finding resolutions. What’s stopping you from coming into therapy?
