Hello, I provide telehealth sessions for individuals, families, and couples based in California. I use a mix of DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), psychodynamic, and inner child/C-PTSD interventions to work with you on healing from anxiety, codependent behaviors, and low self-esteem. Prior to working as a therapist in private practice, I was a social worker in school districts and in higher education and worked with teenagers, adults, and families about counseling regarding childhood emotional neglect, neurodivergent conditions, and social anxiety. I use a collaborative approach, which means you’re an equal participant in your healing, and I always welcome feedback from you about what you want in therapy. Healing is sometimes messy, challenging, boring, or even an emotional rollercoaster, and I hope I can help you with that journey and find further resources which will support you.

If you’re looking for a culturally-affirming, neurodivergent-affirming therapist, feel free to schedule your free initial phone consultation with me. A therapy session with me has been described as (based on previous feedback from past patients): insightful, eye-opening, and you learn something new each time. I’ve been successful in helping patients make positive progress in a short amount of time, so I welcome patients who are interested in finding immediate answers and patients who are interested in having a long-term therapist.

Outside of therapy, you can find me exploring new restaurants, visiting various museums, or searching for the best boba places in SoCal. I enjoy learning new things, spending time with my family, and painting.
