Starting your therapeutic journey can be overwhelming and feel very foreign. Finding the right person you can confide in and grow with is instrumental in this process. I would be honoured to walk alongside you on this journey. My goal as your therapist is to connect with you and make you feel at home with yourself. Together, we can foster this feeling and ensure you feel supported throughout your journey of self-discovery. I strive to understand individuals from all walks of life and feel my experience working with diverse populations can help you feel heard and seen. I work passionately to explore trauma, relational challenges, depression, anxiety, body image concerns and self-esteem. Through a client-centered approach, I work to understand all aspects of my client’s life that affect their well-being.

I have a special interest in working with immigrant communities and BIPOC women. Having done work in the community through volunteer work and teaching, I understand the struggles one may have with anxiety, depression, trauma, familial relationships, including gender roles, and the impacts of generational trauma. I know we can make changes that contribute to ease and an improved sense of self.

I am accepting clients and would happily meet with you via a discovery session to begin this journey together.
