Hi, I’m Sharon and I’m a Korean American PK/exvangelical and I can help you with the tools you need to identify and set healthy boundaries, communicate effectively, and cultivate healthy relationships. I specialize in immigrant & BIPOC populations and issues pertaining to: identity, cultural assimilation, religious trauma, differentiating from family, living authentically, coming out, spirituality, boundaries, and codependency. My hope is to guide you in undoing decades of faulty programming and wiring in the brain that were formed out of survival, and instead teach you positive coping skills and new modes of thinking because although you can’t change people and situations, you can change the way you see and understand them.
