Let’s be real: we are all struggling.  Whether you’re masking yourself to appear okay on the outside when you’re actually breaking on the inside, or you’re trapped in thinking that you can’t confide in others because your emotions would be “too much” for them to handle, or you’re pushing down your emotions because you’ve learned that they are bad, selfish, or shameful to feel—you are not alone.  I’ve felt stuck there before too, and I’m here to walk with you through your unique journey to finding healing and meaning in life.

I believe in a holistic approach to understanding each of my counseling clients, which I define in two ways: (1) You are composed of body, mind, and soul; and (2) You are one part of a larger, relational, family, and cultural system.  This means we will enter into our work in a way that addresses, integrates, and supports all facets of who you are so you can successfully work towards your goals for therapy.  I enjoy working with clients of diverse cultural and spiritual identities and offer unique alignment with those who seek an Indian American and/or Christian therapist.  However you identify, and wherever you are in life, you are welcome here.

When working with me in therapy, you can expect compassion, acceptance, collaboration, and humor as we journey side-by-side through the discomfort and complexities of human life.  Life can be challenging—and asking for help often feels twice as challenging. I aim to help make your therapeutic experience a lot less shameful and a lot more hopeful.
