I help people who might be asking themselves, “Why do I keep feeling this way?” If you’re stuck in patterns that don’t seem to change, or you’re unsure why you’re struggling, we’re going to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. Some of my current clients are creatives in the music and entertainment industry, business professionals and leaders, entrepreneurs, Asian-American men, athletes, couples, and individuals navigating life transitions. Some of the challenges I currently work with include relationship issues, codependency, emotionally immature parents, late-diagnosed ADHD or Autism, burnout, grief, social anxiety, depression, and trauma. I’ve noticed that many of my clients benefit from developing their emotional awareness and language in order to better understand themselves.
Research shows that the most important factor in the success of therapy is the quality of the relationship between you and your therapist. While therapeutic modalities are valuable, it’s the trust, safety, and openness we build together that truly allows for the growth and change you’re seeking for. I value building a foundation of trust and safety, and then using that base to challenge you to explore new perspectives, break through barriers, and take meaningful steps toward personal growth and fulfillment.
Life has its ups and downs, and so does this work. But what keeps me going as a therapist is seeing just how resilient people can be, even in their toughest moments. If you’re open to it, I’d be honored to hear your story and help you experience this resiliency for yourself. The best way to reach me is via text at (323) 609-8863.
