Life contains many unexpected twists to overcome and it can be easy to feel lost and overwhelmed. I believe therapy is a space for rest and reflection without judgement. During our time together, I strive to create a compassionate, safe environment that helps you grow, heal, and find your path forward.

As a bilingual, bicultural therapist for adults and people in relationships, I specialize in trauma, gender/sexuality concerns, and complex family dynamics. I exist in the intersection of multiple identities and abilities. I grew up in a different country and culture, and have navigated what it means for me to honor my roots while branching out into a western mindset. Throughout my life, who I am has shifted and grown with context and experience. I bring this into my sessions with intentionality and initiative as we broach topics of identity, culture and context, creating a supportive and safe place to witness and heal our deep, intergenerational wounds.

I am a licensed therapist with training in EMDR and Brainspotting for processing trauma, Gottman Method for Couples, and yoga for mindfulness as well as background in neuroscience. I am fluent in English and Tamil.

Clinical focuses:

  • Trauma (relational, intergenerational, sexual, etc.)
  • Marginalized experiences and identity exploration (racial, gender, sexuality, cultural, cross-cultural experiences, etc.)
  • Relationship therapy for individuals and partners (conflicts, life transitions, intimacy issues, consensual non-monogamy, disconnection, communication, etc.)

I incorporate the following eclectic approaches:

  • Trauma-informed and multiculturally aware
