Welcome! Thank you for making time for yourself today. 🙂

I’m Neha, a 2nd Generation South Asian/Indian Womxn, a professional dancer, a creative, and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas. I specialize in supporting Teens (13+), Creatives, Students, Highly Sensitive People (HSP), Children of Immigrants/2nd Generation, and High Functioning Individuals as they explore & strengthen their identity, self-esteem, & autonomy; build tools to advocate & set healthy boundaries; learn to regulate; develop healthy relationships with self & others; process & release trauma; and work towards decolonizing their mind, body, and energy.

My therapeutic approach is holistic and client-centered; I utilize a mix of compassion, gentleness, body-awareness, CBT techniques, mindfulness, and creativity to provide well-rounded support. Additionally, I offer other forms of support (ie body & energy healers) so individuals have access to healing their whole being.

There’s only so much I can say within my bio! So I welcome you to reach out for a free 15 minute consultation to address additional questions/concerns and to see if we’d be a good fit.

*PS. I just shaved my head so my profile pic is not my current truth hehe
