I believe everyone is doing their best with the tools they have and that with nonjudgmental support and guidance, you can reconnect and flourish within yourself and your relationships. My mission is to elevate you in creating a life of meaning and hope through past and future challenges. Together, we will develop a healing relationship where you can feel safe even when vulnerable, comforted in your struggles, and encouraged as you are guided toward the resources you need to feel more secure in the world.
Through authentic collaboration, I will help you resolve your discontentment, stress, old wounds, and identity-related concerns before they can cause further suffering, and as a couple I’ll work with you to rediscover connection and security in your relationship. My practice incorporates decades of research and empirical support. Based on your unique concerns, I’ll tailor an integrative approach based in attachment and neuroscience that also benefits from my compassionate presence, mindful awareness, and deep listening.
I’m humbled every day to sit with people who are committing the time, effort, and courage necessary for their growth. This is especially true for those navigating life as Asians and Asian Americans; I hold it as a privilege and responsibility to provide a safe space for healing members of my own community. I look forward to hearing your story.
