Bio

Sending you a warm welcome.

If you’ve stumbled upon my page, you’re likely seeking emotional support and helpful skills to navigate life’s challenges.

  1. Perhaps you’ve felt stuck, sad or anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your work, family, relationships, or even yourself.
  2. You may identify with feelings of overwhelm, discouragement, and loss as you contemplate life transitions such as being a new mother, parent, or partner.
  3. You can resonate with the experience of guilt, pressure, and burnout due to being a child of immigrants, a high-performing working professional, and trying to build a life that feels intentional outside of external demands.

As a client in my practice, you’ll be presented with inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive feedback and skills. As we build our professional relationship, it is my goal for you to feel comfortable so you can be honest and safe with your heavy and sometimes big unpleasant feelings, defeating thoughts and difficult life experiences. We work together to process your thoughts, examine thinking patterns or habits, and common stressors, and allow room for acceptance of things you cannot control. In therapy, you can gain new skills as you talk through your lived experience from a culturally sensitive lens. Your story is unique, so we will work together to navigate treatment goals that can improve your quality of life.
