Bio
It can be hard to admit you’re struggling. You’ve already done most of the hard work by seeking out help. If you are trying to understand how relationships, education, work, and culture interact in your life, therapy can be a safe place to make sense of it all.
You already have the tools within you to seek a better path. Our work together will be to build off of your existing skills and strengths to move forward in the direction you want. We will utilize resources from your self, your relationships, and your community.  Additionally I am trained in brainspotting to accelerate your healing journey.
As an Asian American man, I recognize how identities, relationships, and mental health intersect. I didn’t grow up with emotional language, so finding mental health therapy in my 20s has been transformational.  As a child of immigrants and a parent myself, I have experienced intergenerational relationships from multiple roles.
I want you to feel seen and heard. I hope each session leaves you a little more hopeful and a little more confident. Please e-mail or call for a free 15 minute consult.
