Whether this is your first time seeking therapy or a continuation of your therapy journey, I want to acknowledge the time you are taking to support yourself by seeking change. I think of therapy as a commitment to making space for things that often don’t get enough space in everyday life— space settle into oneself, to take pause, to be witnessed, to be with experiences and support awareness as it emerges. I believe that awareness leads to choice, and that in therapy we can co-create a space to explore your experiences, building greater awareness of needs, boundaries, and patterns of experience.

Perhaps you’re seeking therapy to address a specific issue like anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationships, parenting, or major life transitions. Or you want to explore ways to live more authentically in alignment with your dreams and values. Wherever you happen to be, therapy is a dynamic process that can support you in learning more about yourself.

I work with individuals (adults and adolescents), couples, and families. My therapy is informed by gestalt practices, theories of attachment, liberation psychology, and a connection to nature. I offer sessions over telehealth or outdoor meetings in Windsor, California. I believe that a good fit is essential to good therapy, and I offer a free 15-minute consultation to potential clients before scheduling a first therapy session.
