My hope as a somatic therapist is to support you to nurture resilience and build a sense of belonging in your body and community. I work with clients to support their journey through identity explorations, stress, transition, grief/ loss, anxiety, depression, and healing of trauma. A large portion of my practice is supporting the BIPOC community, adult third-culture kids, and clients living cross-culturally across the globe. My work is informed by social justice, anti-racism, and attachment theory,

I am a Thai-Singaporean expatriate/repatriate, adult third culture kid, cis-gendered female therapist, passionate about supporting clients to find belonging in their bodies and communities. I am physically based in South East Asia but offer sessions to Washington-state (USA) based clients and clients around the globe (depending on the client’s resident country’s licensing regulations).

I look forward to connecting with you!
