Bio

I welcome my clients with warmth and compassion at any stage of their healing journey. Whether you’re a newcomer or a seasoned therapy goer, I understand that processing past experiences and navigating the uncertainty of the future takes courage. I honor your experiences by creating a space where we can foster curiosity about these fears and uncertainties, gain insight about yourself, and feel empowered to make positive changes. By incorporating self-compassion, shame resilience, and value exploration, I become a partner for clients who want to break cycles and make changes towards a fulfilling and authentic life.

I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults with issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity development. I am fluent in Tagalog and am passionate about working with immigrants, immigrant families and the Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) community. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Internal Family Systems, CBT, DBT, and ACT to help clients process their emotions and develop skills for their personal growth journey.
