Bio

Every person deserves to feel valued, understood, and supported. My passion is helping individuals gain insight, overcome challenges, and maximize their strengths to reach their goals. I believe even small positive changes can strengthen not just individuals but entire families and communities.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington, I provide a compassionate space for growth and healing. I’m also a Prepare-Enrich Facilitator and SENG Model Parent Group (SMPG) Facilitator, specializing in relationship and family dynamics.

My background includes a B.S. in Biological Sciences from UNLV and an M.A. in Counseling and Psychology with a specialization in Marriage & Family Therapy from Hope International University. My clinical experience, working with children, adolescents, and families facing significant challenges, shaped my belief in therapy as a space for healing, curiosity, and transformation.

I take a client-centered approach, helping individuals reduce suffering and build a more fulfilling life. Outside of my work, I enjoy reading, crafting, photography, cooking, road trips, and spending time in nature.

If you’re seeking support and guidance, I’d love to help. Let’s take the next step together.
