Sex/Gender: Female
Pronouns: She / Her
Ethnicity: Vietnamese, Laotian, Thai
Bio
I work with individuals, couples, and families to identify undesired behavioral and relational patterns. These patterns leave us feeling anxious and depressed, a telling sign that change/growth is needed. I specialize in immigrant trauma, second-generation immigrant experience, and interracial relationships/parenting. Being a second-generation immigrant myself, I have an understanding for the challenges families face in the immigrant experience.
I provide culturally sensitive therapy to address family conflict, identity issues, discrimination, and trauma/vicarious trauma related to migration experiences. My ultimate goal is to help families, couples, and individuals increase life satisfaction; by improving relationships, making healthy connections, learning new skills, or managing mental illness etc
