I am licensed to serve across the Hawaiian Islands via telehealth. I graduated with my Doctorate of Clinical Psychology from Fuller Graduate School of Psychology in 2020 and completed my residency in LGBTQ+ Health at Veterans Affairs Pacific Islands Health Care System in 2021. I still work at VA Pacific Islands as a triage psychologist and so will not be able to see Veterans through my private practice. I enjoy working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, and LGBTQ+ topics. I am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma symptoms and have received specialized training in Transgender-Affirmative Narrative Exposure Therapy (TA-NET). My approach stems from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a person-centered foundation. I balance meeting clients where they are with providing tools for the journey ahead.
