It is within your reach to live a life that is more peaceful, grounding, and satisfying  – where you are not overwhelmed and overtaken by triggers and memories from your past. Whether you are here because of a traumatic event or you have experienced multiple hardships in life, it is possible to get through this and reclaim your strength and control of life.

You are here now because you formed necessary survival strategies in the wake of an overwhelming event(s). What helped you before might not be as helpful now. Because trauma is stored in the body, talk therapy can only go so far; a mind-body approach can help you release and resolve trauma.
