Kelly Ha (she/her/hers) is the dedicated owner of Generational Healing LLC, where her commitment lies in delivering compassionate care to every individual seeking support. With a profound belief in collaborative therapy, Kelly strives to cultivate a supportive environment where clients can embark on a journey to self-discovery and well-being.
She provides a confidential and judgement-free space, allowing clients to authentically express themselves. As an anti-racist and culturally responsive therapist, she values and respects the diverse identities of her clients, encompassing aspects such as race, culture, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, and religion.
Kelly’s clinical expertise spans a broad spectrum, encompassing chronic illness, substance use, grief and loss, life transitions, racial identity, generational trauma, relationship issues, and various mental health diagnoses. Grounded in evidence-based practices, she employs therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based, Solution Focused, Health at Every Size (HAES), and Mindfulness Practice.
Kelly earned her Masters of Social Work in 2021 from the University of Connecticut, building upon her Bachelor’s degree obtained in 2019. Her professional journey includes impactful roles within the higher education, public educational system, healthcare, and community organizing, specifically advocating for and supporting BIPOC communities
