Bio

Maybe you’ve been trying too hard for far too long and need space to create some art and REST. If you have battling anxiety, perfectionism, or the crippling desire to please everyone (or leave the world behind), you’re in the right place. Maybe you’ve been dealing with intergenerational trauma, academic pressures, or identity struggles and the burden feels unbearable. You don’t have to keep muscling through it alone.

As a trauma-informed art therapist/counselor, I understand that you have been shaped by countless influences and experiences, and strive to honor the complexities of your story. I value the intersection of faith and emotional health, and welcome clients of various belief systems. I offer art therapy for teens, college students, and women in-person & online.

Art therapy can be a great tool in healing and re-writing your story. With art therapy, you don’t have to verbalize all your deepest traumas—symbols and images can often assist you in getting your message across. You might even have fun while creating something new. If you think we might be a good fit, please reach out. I look forward to connecting with you!
