For too long…

  • You’ve survived a complicated childhood or past, with minimal or inconsistent support.
  • Remnants of your past influence or take over the present, causing you to feel stuck.
  • It’s rare to feel safe and settled enough in your body and/or with others.
  • You’re caught in overwhelming cycles of heightened stress and collapsing / shutting down.
  • You’re self-aware, perhaps even knowledgeable about your struggles. But you need support taking actionable steps towards deep and lasting transformation and healing.

If that sounds familiar, I want you to know specialized help is available. You no longer need to figure it all out on your own. I’ve devoted my therapist journey to specializing in trauma, to help others heal and transform in lasting ways.

Therapy with me is very experiential – more than just talking about your struggles. Together, we will…

  • Co-create a space where you can safely experiment and be curious.
  • Do deep inner work in the present moment.
  • Build up and engage your inner healing intelligence.
  • Equip you with your unique toolbox.
  • Bolster you while living under multiple systems of oppression.

My name is Jon Lee (they/them). I’ve devoted my therapist journey to specializing in trauma’s effects and many manifestations. I recognize that trauma and resilience are political. As a complex trauma survivor myself, I know firsthand how crucial it is to have actionable practices and steps that bring lasting change. Especially lasting change that unfolds from the bottom-up” (or from deeper layers of our psyche and mind-body connection) – not just “top-down” (not just relying on analytical thinking). Let’s collaborate, so that you can feel less lost and alone, and more equipped with practical tools and maps towards your goals!

As a next step, schedule a free 15-minute consultation call with me. During this call, we’ll talk through any questions you have and determine if we’re a good fit to work together. And if we decide we’re not a good fit, I’d be glad to share other trusted options that could work well for your circumstances.
