Do you feel overwhelmed and drained with anxious thoughts, depression, confusion about your identity, loss and grief? Or perhaps you feel stuck, and hopeless in your intimate and family relationships? Many times, we feel we are stuck, and we feel as though there were no other options left for us. I am here to tell you there is always a choice and hope. And I am here to meet you where you are and work alongside you collaboratively to shed new light on the challenges you face and discover new and effective solutions.
I approach therapy from an attachment perspective and believe human connections are the foundation of happiness and health. I have received extensive training on Emotion Focused Therapy. I provide individual, couple and family therapy with specializations in working with individuals and couples with neurodiversity issues and Asian American-related struggles.
