Bio
Sometimes life presents us with moments that are difficult to process, leaving us feeling anxious/depressed, lost, and wondering where we fit in the world. I acknowledge your courage and effort in being here and invite you to reach out. Based in Los Angeles, I help men, women, and nonbinary individuals who are struggling with self-esteem, performance anxiety, family/religious trauma, and relationships. Together, we will unveil all that you are facing and discover new paths and ways of being that will lead you to experience healing, growth, and meaningful change.
With patience, and authenticity, I strive to help creative teens and adults heal from experiences of trauma, abuse, bullying, and difficult life events such as career burnout, divorce, and the loss of a loved one. I utilize practices that are based on principles of mindfulness, acceptance, and empowerment.
I work well with clients who want to move from a place of feeling stuck with trauma, anxiety, and depression to a place of growth. My perspective is shaped by my own journey processing depression, historical family trauma, and identity struggles as a mixed-race Japanese American musician. Let’s connect, it would be an honor to help you flourish.
