Hey there! My practice is inclusive and welcoming to all, so come as you are. Details about my work with Asian communities can be found here. To hear about my story with mental health therapy and first-hand experience working with Asian communities, check out my interview with Spectrum News 1.

Helping adults through talk therapy or EMDR, I get people unstuck. Using a trauma-informed lens and as a Certified Grief Informed Professional, I support adults who struggle with anxiety/stress, loss, and trauma. I equip clients with proven techniques, such as using mindfulness within daily activities, incorporating somatic (body-based) exercises, and transforming unwanted thoughts in a structured format. I also help enhance dimensions of your overall wellness. In all, clients build a healthier connection to their feelings and actions.

I specialize in helping motivated individuals because I believe that they can be empowered and change. I share effective tools based on your needs and abilities, empowering you to regain control of your life. To work through trauma, I provide my clients with a variety of resources to help you stay grounded, flexible, open, and curious about your present experiences as the first step. My clients move at their pace, while I serve as your guide during the transformation process and support you along the way. For highly motivated and eager adults, I offer anxiety, interpersonal communication, and EMDR intensives (aka longer sessions). Ask me for details!

My priorities are simple- listen first and help second. I show up as authentic, attentive, and committed. I also weave in humor and lightness when appropriate. I offer culturally competent care, an inclusive and safe space, and in-person or telehealth appointments to fit your schedule so you can move forward.
