Bio

Are you looking for a highly trained and emotionally attuned therapist who can help you understand the inner workings of your brain and emotions? Are you are feeling stuck and despite being insightful and intelligent; you just can’t seem to “figure it out” on your own? If you are ready to stop the self-defeating cycle of negative thoughts (e.g. “What’s wrong with me? Why am I this way?”), anxious and sad feelings, and poor coping behaviors (e.g. over-working, perfectionism, procrastination); please reach out to me. Let’s brainstorm ways to help you regain control over your life and feel safe in your body again.

I provide a safe and validating space for clients with intersectional identities to unpack any history of trauma and family dynamics that can impact current functioning. I especially enjoy working with other introverts, empaths, and Highly Sensitive People (HSP) to understand their superpowers and how to cope in a chaotic world.

I graduated from UCLA and the University of Denver with an emphasis in International Disaster Psychology.  I am passionate about the intersectionality of gender, language, and culture and proud to provide culturally informed, gender affirming care to the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities.
