The process of finding a therapist is incredibly tough. I commend you for taking the first step in starting (or restarting) therapy. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are processing difficult emotions, work or relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is influenced by my background as a bodyworker, yoga teacher, first-generation Chinese American, and former finance professional.
I work somatically (with the body) and from a depth/psychodynamic orientation. What’s under the surface of the things that are keeping you up at night? I have been told that therapy with me feels gentle but can also be hard work. I offer somatic experiencing and EMDR therapy. For couples and families, I use a family systems approach.
In person sessions in West LA, and telehealth video appointments throughout California.
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor in California, supervised by Ah Hyun Lee, LCSW.
