Bio

Do you have trouble falling asleep at night because you are worried about things that are out of your control? Do you feel like life constantly throws curveballs at you, and you don’t seem to be able to keep up with them? Are there things that trigger you and you are unable to control your responses the way you would like to? Or perhaps you are noticing your normal coping tools are not bringing you relief?

Sometimes we might get stuck in old habits/patterns that do not serve us anymore. Through therapy, you will gain control of your responses to everyday life hurdles and gain a deeper understanding of yourself, connect with your values, and heal. I make every effort to create a safe space for each person. I provide trauma-informed care, EMDR, CBT, CPT, and ACT., in order to help my clients alleviate the distress associated with anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, and grief. I aim to help you identify and remove barriers and discover your fullest potential.

I’m a bilingual (English/Mandarin) speaking therapist in California. I earned my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. I am a Registered Associate Marriage Family Therapist (AMFT #136644) and a Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC #12958).
