Hi there! I am a trauma-specialized therapist and licensed clinical social worker who integrates liberatory, relational, somatic, and expressive arts approaches.
Therapy can be a vulnerable process of expressing and connecting with yourself. Growing up in a family of immigrants and asylees, I recognize the value of a safe, compassionate, and trusting space to wonder and explore. We are each complex worlds with inherent dignity and worth. Healing is a human right and possibility. I am experienced working individuals who have faced interpersonal, familial, intergenerational, and systemic trauma — much gratitude to former clients who offered trust and colleagues who offered encouragement.
