Welcome. I’m glad you are here to take the first step in your journey toward healing. Life can be filled with many stressors impacting our mental, emotional, physical, and relational health. You are not meant to go through it alone. My areas of interest include working with individuals who struggle with life transitions, identity, shame, anxiety, depression, trauma/abuse, relational struggles, as well as conflicts in couples and families. Additionally, I am passionate about working alongside those who face various hardships due to their Asian American culture, intercultural relationships, and being in the pastorate/ministry.
I’ve developed a desire for creating a safe environment to help individuals reclaim their voice, find healing, identify truths about themselves, and to cultivate strong, healthy relationships. For clients who are interested, my previous experience and training in ministry contexts allows me to uniquely integrate spirituality into our therapeutic work.
Starting therapy can be daunting. I encourage you to take another brave step to reach out. Therapy could be a safe and non-judgmental space you need – one where you can develop a deep understanding of yourself and find relief from the emotional pain you carry. It is my privilege to join alongside you in paving your life towards health, healing, and growth.
