Is anxiety or depression making it hard for you to get through each day? Do you often feel drained, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to move forward? Whether you’re navigating life transitions—like graduating, starting a new job, or retiring—or dealing with daily stress, you’re not alone! Many people are experiencing increased anxiety and stress today.

I specialize in working with individuals who are navigating life transitions, depression, and anxiety.

As a Registered Nurse dedicated to mental health and crisis intervention, I bring years of experience and expertise. My approach blends empathy with practical tools to reduce anxiety and depression. Together, we’ll create coping strategies to navigate challenges, build resilience, and empower you to make meaningful progress.

I also believe that mental health care should be accessible to everyone. That’s why I charge less for therapy and offer a sliding scale for those who need it. My goal is to ensure that financial barriers don’t prevent you from receiving the support you deserve. Mental health is essential, and I’m committed to making it affordable without compromising the quality of care.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed or struggling with anxiety or depression, I’m here to help! Reach out for a free 15-minute consultation, and together we can explore ways to regain a sense of balance and control. With a strong and diverse background in mental health, I’m dedicated to guiding you on your path to well-being.
