I have had the priviledge of working with adults and couples for over 37 years, helping with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, self esteem, relationships, stress, ageing, family of origin issues, cross cultural issues, identity, grief/loss and addictions. I have previously worked as a staff psychologist at CSUN and Caltech and have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) which enables me to work effectively with couples in distress.

In my approach to therapy, I seek to understand the significant relationships in one’s life, espectially one’s relationship to oneself and how those dynamics contribute to who you are today. Above all, I value empathic attunement and seek to provide a safe, caring, non-judgemental space for healing and growth.
