I believe the foundation of therapy is genuine connection, collaboration, and being culturally informed. Especially for those within the Asian diaspora that carry mental health stigma, I aim to provide a safe space where you can explore your identities and share your authentic self. I provide a person-centered, integrative approach drawing from psychodynamic, CBT, trauma-informed/EMDR, dance movement therapy, human-animal bond, and Gottman method for couples counseling.
