I am passionate about supporting and connecting with clients who have suffered marginalization due to identity. When we bring curiosity and an open mind, we can shift rigid belief systems and find new perspective.
For the past two decades, I have supported community mental health through meditation, mindfulness, and trauma-informed yoga classes. These modes of healing are finally being incorporated into Western psychology. Somatic approaches offer a gentle way to reduce uncomfortable symptoms and improve embodiment of emotions.
