Is the idea of having to get through another day becoming intolerable to you? You wake up, go to your unfulfilling and stressful job, come home, turn to food, TV, and shopping to feel better, go to bed wishing you could wake up to a different life. Rinse and repeat. You’re stuck and disappointed because it wasn’t supposed to be like this. You did all the right things. Fulfilling your family’s expectations, you got the right education and a stable job. You became a responsible adult. But where is the joy? Somehow, you’ve lost sight of what matters to you. It’s not wrong to want a meaningful life in which you honor your relationships and have a sense of self-worth.

For many Asian Americans, no matter your age, a major task of adulthood is to create an authentic life on your terms. It’s possible to not only get un-stuck, but also build a greater sense of worth and strengthen your relationships from that place of empowerment. By working with me you’ll get the guidance of an expert who honors the cultural nuances and complexities you bring to the table. I’ll help you gain a deeper understanding about the forces that have shaped your life and what’s causing you stress and/or burnout. Together, we’ll develop tools to be more resilient by coping effectively with anxiety, self-doubt, and fear.
