Serving Clients in California, Texas, & 41 States

We may have been taught to survive, to hustle, to be successful. But were we taught how to be happy, feel at ease, and be present? Were we taught to nurture our authentic selves in a demanding world that misunderstands us? If you’re like me, and many of the clients I serve, the answer is likely not.

For many Asian Americans, a major task of adulthood is to create an authentic life on your terms. By working with me you’ll get the guidance of an expert who honors the cultural nuances and complexities you bring to the table. I’ll help you gain a deeper understanding about the forces that have shaped your life and what’s causing you stress and/or burnout. Together, we’ll develop tools to be more resilient by coping effectively with anxiety, self-doubt, and fear.

I’m a psychologist with over 13 years of clinical experience. I have a research background on BIPOC mental health and have published in peer-reviewed journals. As a 1.5 generation Korean American immigrant, my lived experience and skillset allow for a unique understanding of the challenges of multicultural families. You can read more about me here. If you think that my expertise is a good fit for you, let’s talk. Start by booking a free consultation on my website.
