Are you looking to better manage your mood, anxiety, health habits, work life, identity, culture, relationships, or other life changes?

As a counselor, I’m CBT-oriented, person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally curious, with over a decade of cumulative premedical & clinical experience in public health, behavioral medicine, and counseling. I’m passionate about collaborating with individuals who are looking for support around boundary-setting, acceptance, self-actualization, conflict resolution, and overcoming life’s challenges – mental, emotional, and physical. I care deeply about creating a nonjudgmental space that is safe, reliable, and accessible to all of my clients. All adults are welcome regardless of racial identity, gender, sexual orientation, political affiliation, or other history or life experience.

Please note my practice is 100% virtual, making it possible for me to work with anyone who is physically located within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, New York, South Carolina, or Florida. I have been practicing virtually since 2017, and am telemental health certified by Person Centered Tech Incorporated. I am also a participating provider for the Lotus Therapy Fund.
