Bio
Feeling overwhelmed by life transitions, life transitions, responsibilities, and career obligations? Remember, “I may not be there yet, but I am closer than I was yesterday.” This quote is about acknowledging progress. I understand how difficult and scary it can be to make that first significant step towards change. Therefore, I strive to create a safe and trustworthy environment to help clients uncover their true inner potential. Together, we can find innovative ways to manage stress and challenges throughout your journey.
I practice CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Technique) with an emphasis on mindfulness and wellness. My specializations include trauma, men’s issues, anger management, Asian Americans, cultural dissonance, career issues, and interracial relationships.
As a 1.5-generation Asian American male, I understand the challenges of navigating life with ethnic minority parents. I am passionate about helping ethnic minorities. Let’s take that leap together and work towards your goals. I am supervised by Bryan Tzeng, LPC-S (#71335).
