You want to honor those who came before you without losing yourself.
You’re feeling like you are failing to live up to expectations of the different parts of you.
You have a lot of disagreements with your parents – they don’t seem to understand that life is different now.
And you notice that if you don’t do something about this problem, it will continue to control your life:
You are tired of this problem showing up in your relationship with other people.
You’re not ok with the trauma, anxiety and/or depression in your life.
You’re done with living your life on someone else’s term.
You are yearning to redefine your life and reconnect with yourself. You’re asking yourself, “Do I want to struggle like this in another year? And if not, what is possible? What is the next step?”
Hi, my name is Bao,
What is possible for your life, is a life outside of this problem. Our work together will involve a retelling of your story in a ways that will help you to identify what is important to you, and to bring out skills and wisdom that can support your next steps in redefining and reclaiming your life.
I work with first and second generation adults who want to find ways to honor all the different parts in their life. I work within the intersectionality of race, gender, class and culture. You deserve to have a future defined by YOU. You are more than your single story.
Let’s chat.
I am currently seeing clients via telehealth on Saturday and Sunday mornings only. I take Wisconsin straight Medicaid, Chorus Community Health Plan Medicaid HMO and marketplace, and Medicare Part B or Self Pay.
