Bio

Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. My goal is to create a safe and affirming space where you can explore your identities, relationships, and life’s challenges in the context of greater social and systemic issues. I enjoy working with trauma survivors, folks with disabilities and/or chronic illnesses, transition-aged adults, and aspiring cycle-breakers. I believe that healing is not only a tool for personal transformation but also a catalyst for collective liberation. Just as trauma can be intergenerational, so can healing.

My practice is grounded in anti-oppression, anti-racism, decolonization, and disability justice. I believe in the profound connection between mind and body and enjoy incorporating somatic and movement-based approaches into my work. I’m dedicated to providing collaborative, evidence-based, trauma-informed care.

Having navigated my own healing journey as a trauma survivor, I bring curiosity, heart, and authenticity to my work. I believe firmly that no person is “too much,” and that each of us deserves to be seen and celebrated in the fullness of our beings. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey towards healing, empowerment, and wellness.
