I’m a Korean American (she/her) licensed marriage and family therapist located in Texas. I am dual licensed in Texas and Indiana and serve all of Texas and Indianapolis, IN and its surrounding cities via telehealth.

In my practice, I help stressed out, high functioning, and sensitive adults face the painful memories of their past so that they can work towards living a life that feels more fulfilling, less anxious, and more authentic. Issues I specialize in are: perfectionism, people-pleasing behaviors, relationship issues, and unresolved childhood trauma/neglect/abuse.
