Bio

Life brings various challenges that can lead to stress, depression, anxiety, or trauma. These experiences can then lead to feeling overwhelmed, stuck, and less of oneself as well as other issues such as relationship difficulties. While it can be difficult to confront these issues, I believe that people are capable of tremendous resiliency that will allow them to grow and overcome in the midst of challenges. I seek to create a safe space for each client where they can freely explore their stories and learn new ways to cope. I value and deeply respect who my clients are and the wisdom and strengths they already have within.

My approach to therapy is integrative and often tailored to meet each client’s needs. My goal is to help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves so they can make meaningful choices, which will ultimately lead them to a more fulfilling life and peace within themselves.

When feeling lost or stuck, self is often the starting place to heal. Once we understand ourselves, we begin to understand what we need, what we want, where to go, and what we can change. I would be honored to support you through your journey.
