I provide evidence-based therapy to adult individuals and couples looking to better manage stress in their daily lives. Many of my clients are young professionals experiencing anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

I want to help you move forward when situations in your relationships, career, or other life circumstances keep you feeling stuck. Together, we’ll work towards feeling present, at ease, and connected to yourself and others.

I welcome people from all backgrounds and identities across ethnicity, sexual orientation, and gender. I work with many people of color, immigrants, and those who make up the LGBTQ+ community. I am 2nd generation Asian American, and am passionate about working with individuals who experience issues around navigating multicultural identity and 1st and 2nd generation immigrant dynamics.
