I am inspired continuously by those who overcome their vulnerability to reach out for support. Because of this, it is truly important for me to provide the space for individuals to express themselves in a way they feel comfortable and their authentic self. I am here to be a support along with an individual’s journey for self-discovery and growth.
I’ve had the privilege to work with a variety of different populations from infants to older adults in different kinds of settings from residential facility, nursing homes, community mental health, hospital, and group private practice. I am a member of the Postpartum Support International and am certified in perinatal mental health.
Clients find themselves being asked thoughtful questions in a space they feel comfortable to explore the questions further and challenged when necessary. Clients are given space to process and really have time to commit to themselves. This space is for YOU.
