Bio
There are moments in life when we may feel overwhelmed. We may have tried everything in our power to overcome challenges and feel stuck. When we continue to face difficulties we may not realize the impact the stress has on our relationships, work life, finances, or overall health. In our time together we can examine the influences in your life including sources of trauma and societal pressures. We will incorporate your values and coping skills. Most importantly, we find hope for you to live a life that is meaningful for you.
I am a dedicated and compassionate psychologist with a specialization in historical and complex trauma, grief, and families who experienced medical trauma with their loved one. With over 15 years of experience, I am committed to providing a safe and empathetic space for individuals and families to navigate their emotional and psychological challenges.
I believe in tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs and preferences. My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and culturally grounded. My hope is to develop a sense of mutual trust in order to strengthen your internal resources and create meaning from the experiences in your life.
