Hello! I am a bay area native and it is a pleasure to serve the diverse community that I am a a part of. I grew up bicultural to immigrant parents and my experience as a 1.5 generation Chinese American has benefitted me to further pursue my interest in working with the Asian American and Pacific Islander community.

As a licensed marriage and family therapist, clients often mistaken that I only work with families or marital issues. My training provided me the opportunity to work with clients in various age groups and taught me the importance of understanding how a person’s relationship with others and self influences the decisions they make that directly shapes the quality of their lives.

I have particular interest in working with young adults and millennials. My clinical background consists of working at community mental health clinics and medical settings. What I have learned is that no matter how old an individual is, what hardship one faces, or what one’s upbringing entails; everyone has an innate ability to make changes and optimize personal growth. We all have unique stories to tell and I hope to support you in finding ways to overcome obstacles that hinder personal healing.
