My experience includes helping individuals and families struggling with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, low self-esteem, chronic school avoidance, parent-child conflict, relationship issues, trauma, suicidal ideation, and self-harm.

 

My practice draws upon my training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and The Gottman Method. In addition, I am accredited in Triple P Parenting.

 

My academic background includes a Masters of Social Work from Wayne State University, with a concentration in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (2012). I completed my B.A. in Family and Social Relations (2007) and B.A. (H) in Disabilities Studies (2010) at the University of Windsor. As a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers, I am committed to providing ethical, professional, and compassionate services.
