I am a first-generation Filipina immigrant, raised on the land of the Anishinaabe people, aka Michigan. Currently residing on Coast Salish land, aka Seattle. I am grounded in a liberatory framework that recognizes our own inherent abilities for healing and growth, and how our connections to community impact our journey. My work involves an eclectic approach to psychotherapy, which is culturally affirming, trauma-informed, emotionally-focused, strength and mindfulness based. With radical acceptance and psychoeducational learning, I foster a safe and respectful environment for collaboration and discovery, guiding you towards your therapeutic goals.
