I am a dedicated and compassionate counselling therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals on their mental health journey. I provide psychotherapy services in both Alberta and Saskatchewan, specializing in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health challenges.

As a registered provider with the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP) and WCB Saskatchewan, I ensure accessible care for refugee clients and individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents (MVAs). My services include comprehensive assessments and therapy sessions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, I embrace cultural diversity and work effectively with clients from various backgrounds. With a Master of Science in Counselling Psychology and active memberships with professional organizations, including ACTA, I am committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.

Whether in Alberta or Saskatchewan, I offer flexible in-person and virtual sessions to provide convenient, client-centered support. My goal is to create a safe, empathetic space where clients feel empowered to achieve personal growth and resilience.
