I am a registered social worker providing support to individuals struggling with anxiety, depression and racial identity. I utilize an eclectic form of therapy, meaning I pull from multiple tools in my toolbox. A few of these tools or therapeutic modalities include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I aim to provide my clients with the tools and strategies to lead a fulfilling, meaningful life.
