Bio

I am passionate about working collaboratively with diverse populations, tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. Grounded in a person-centered approach, I integrate multicultural perspectives, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care into my practice. My aim is to foster a space where vulnerability, authenticity, and self-understanding are welcomed, empowering clients to overcome challenges and build self-esteem.

I specialize in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, identity conflict, and have a particular focus on racial identity and racial trauma. I believe in the power of compassion and actively work to create a safe environment for clients to explore and heal from the complex layers of their experiences. My work is deeply rooted in promoting resilience, helping clients navigate life’s challenges, and supporting them in discovering their strengths as a path toward self-actualization.

In addition to therapy, I provide diagnostic evaluations for ADHD and learning deficiencies, offering comprehensive assessments that guide effective treatment plans. Whether working with children, adolescents, or adults, I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel empowered to grow and heal.
